1. General procedure
Services, not goods, are paid for on the website. The client has the right to refuse to execute the contract before the full provision of services by sending a notification to the Contractor.
No penalty or separate fee is charged for refusal. Only documented expenses actually incurred in connection with a specific order before receiving the refusal notice are taken into account in the calculation.
2. How to submit a refusal or refund request
The refusal notice should be sent to otkaz@tovaroved.moscow. The request for a refund should be sent to vozvrat@tovaroved.moscow or to the Contractor's postal address.
In your request, please specify:
- Full name or name of the Customer;
- invoice-order number and date;
- payment date and amount;
- reason for the request;
- contact information;
- details for the refund, if their provision is necessary.
3. Calculation of the amount
Confirmed expenses for laboratory tests, services of engaged specialists, delivery, equipment rental, consumables, and other costs directly related to the execution of the order may be deducted from the received payment.
The unused portion of the payment is returned to the Customer. If the confirmed expenses exceed the amount paid, the Contractor sends a calculation and supporting documents.
4. Method and timing of the refund
The refund is made by the same method as the payment was made, unless another acceptable method is agreed upon by the Parties or required by the rules of the bank or payment system.
The timing of the refund is determined by applicable law, the payment method, and the processing times of the operation by the bank or payment system. The Contractor informs the Customer of the decision made and, in case of a refund, about the transfer of funds.
5. If the service has already been provided
After the full provision of the service, a refund of the entire cost solely due to disagreement with the conclusions of the Report is not made. In the presence of specific deficiencies, the Customer has the right to submit a motivated claim to pretenziya@tovaroved.moscow.
Typos, arithmetic, and other obvious technical errors made by the Contractor are corrected without additional payment.
